If you contact us or book a call, we get your details directly from you.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

What we use it for
Lawful basis

Legitimate interests: promoting our business to other businesses likely to be interested
To respond to you, arrange calls and provide the services you ask for
Legitimate interests, or taking steps to enter into a contract with you

We have assessed our legitimate interests and keep a record of that assessment.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, mainly in the US. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to protect your data.

How long we keep it

If you don't engage with us
Up to 12 months from our last contact
If you become a client
For as long as we work together, plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes
If you unsubscribe or object
Only your email address, on a suppression list, so we never contact you again
